Giveaway: Sophie Kinsella’s Book Package

Reading a book while laying by the pool is one of our most favorite things. There is nothing more relaxing than reading a summer book, and losing hours quickly. One of our most favorite authors to read is Sophie Kinsella. You know, she of the Shopaholic fame? Yes, THAT Sophie Kinsella!

Well she has a new book out, Wedding Night, and we were really excited to get our hands on it!

Wedding Night sophie kinsella,

Lottie just knows that her boyfriend is going to propose during lunch at one of London’s fanciest restaurants. But when his big question involves a trip abroad, not a trip down the aisle, she’s completely crushed. So when Ben, an old flame, calls her out of the blue and reminds Lottie of their pact to get married if they were both still single at thirty, she jumps at the chance. No formal dates—just a quick march to the altar and a honeymoon on Ikonos, the sun-drenched Greek island where they first met years ago.

Their family and friends are horrified. Fliss, Lottie’s older sister, knows that Lottie can be impulsive—but surely this is her worst decision yet. And Ben’s colleague Lorcan fears that this hasty marriage will ruin his friend’s career. To keep Lottie and Ben from making a terrible mistake, Fliss concocts an elaborate scheme to sabotage their wedding night. As she and Lorcan jet off to Ikonos in pursuit, Lottie and Ben are in for a honeymoon to remember, for better…or worse.

Take a look at her reading the first chapter!

  1. I seem to mostly be reading Peppa Pig books to my step-daughter this summer, so it’d be nice to have something “proper” to read.. I am also trying to get through Thomas Harris’ Hannibal books, as I loved The Silence of the Lambs 🙂
Great giveaway – I love what I’ve read of Sophie Kinsella & this sounds like a great read.

  2. Books about Africa old and new: Out of Africa (of course), The Flame Trees of Thika, and Love, Life, and Elephants. Looking for some lighter reading to throw in between.

  3. I just finished Forever, Interrupted, and it was very good. I am almost done Caught by Lisa Moore. And I am just starting a Maeve Binchy book. I read a lot!
